Léna Lagier-Hässig
Certified BodyTalk practitioner - Therapeutic and maternity reflexologist

I was born in Switzerland and my travels and studies in economics and political science brought me to work in communications and project management in the international non-profit world, designing health awareness campaigns and running health promotion projects.

Following the birth of my first child, my recovery from a serious illness through natural therapies and my move to Singapore, I got inspired to reconsider my carrier and follow my lifelong interest in holistic therapies.

Starting with a diploma in therapeutic reflexology that blended a British curriculum with the Chinese approach of my teacher, I decided to turn my passion into work and embrace this carrier shift. As I struggled finding a good reflexologist during my second pregnancy, I completed my qualification with a course on maternity reflexology in Japan.

I literally fell on BodyTalk when I broke my ankle in my 8th month of pregnancy, and was amazed by the integrative approach that my physiotherapist introduced to me during rehabilitation. As I started exploring BodyTalk, my sinus allergies went away in just two sessions.

I engaged in my BodyTalk studies while enjoying time with my new baby, qualified as a certified practitioner and have been since then passionately studying to widen my approach, adding advanced courses of BodyTalk, Mindscape and other modalities such as craniosacral therapy.

Happy mom of three amazing kids, I officially started my practice under Blossom BodyTalk early 2020 in Singapore. I look forward to accompanying you on your journey to help you discover the amazing healing power of your body and mind!
